I am a short lady at only 4'10" so getting a bike that fits me is a challenge. I knew what I wanted prior to researching bike options. I wanted a bike that is fairly light so I can lift it up and take it up two flights of stairs with me, I wanted an "understated" bike that looks great but doesn't necessarily stand out as flashy, and I wanted a comfortable ride. I use this bike for joy rides around the neighborhood, to get to and from the library, coffee shops, parks, and stores. I put a black rear rack on it with a trunk bag to carry my things. Also, I was able to easily mount a series 2 Kroptonite lock onto the frame. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a fairly light bike that can be used for road biking and dirt trails... or anyone like me who is short since this does come in a variety of sizes including XS. NOTE: The size S is what I was often told to get, but when I tried this bike in a S it was just barely too high in the stand over to work. If you are 5" a size S would likely work... but if you are 4'10" like me you'll want the XS.

Love this bike. The sport disc model is definitely worth the few extra bucks. I've hit a curb before and rode off one and the sport disc feature of my bike absorbed the shock very well. The liquid brake system is also amazing and the bike stops on a dime. The tires are still full and everything is working well after riding the bike 5 days a week for 4 months. The only con about this bike that I can think of is that a few of my gears are slightly noisy.
